- Our goal is to get your plaque(s) to you in approximately 10 business days from when you complete your order. Plaques for individuals (missionaries, Eagles, baptism, Young Womanhood Recognition, etc.) are typically sent via USPS Priority Mail and at no additional charge to the customer. Perpetual plaques (the multi-plate plaques typically used by wards and stakes) are often shipped via USPS Priority Mail, but occasionally will be sent via UPS. When a valid email address is provided, you can expect an email with tracking number once your order ships.

- We will never share your email address or payment information with other companies. Payment is processed securely through PayPal.
- Returns & Replacements
- Please send any returns to GoLDSPlaques, P.O. Box 30554, Mesa, AZ 85275-0554. Replacements will take approximately 10 business days. If an error occurs on a plaque, a replacement plate may be ordered via emailing us at orders at goldsplaques.com. If we made the error, we will replace the plate at no charge. If the error was made at the time of order, a replacement plate is only $6.00.

- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Payment must be received in full before orders are processed. We accept Visa, Master Card and Discover Cards. Personal, ward/stake/branch, cashier's checks are all accepted. We will generate an invoice beforehand and email it to you if paying by check. Once payment is received, we will begin processing your order. You may expect to receive your order in approximately 10 business days from the date that payment is received.
